    Loved the demonstration and explanation. Thank you and I'm subscribed. I do have a question: what is the purpose of the snorkel? It seems that when the water level drops below the holes bottom of the pressure chamber that the siphon would break, eliminating the need for the snorkel. Wouldn't it be simpler to cut holes in the pressure chamber at the level of the bottom end of the cycle?

    • @GrowDinnerAquaponics
      @GrowDinnerAquaponics 8 лет назад

      Eric sometimes without it if the system is cycling fast its hard for it break with just the holes in the bottom.

    hi, is it true to lower ph with lemon will kill the bacteria??

    • @GrowDinnerAquaponics
      @GrowDinnerAquaponics 8 лет назад

      I am ask that a lot give this some thought, a few spoons of juice added to 300 gallons of water will kill bacteria? It would not be safe to drink or eat if that was true. I really wish it was true it would make for a much greener planet. NO A FEW SPOONS IN 300 GALLONS WILL NOT KILL BACTERIA.

    Nice video but one correction its a vaccum chamber not a pressure. If it was pressured it would shoot off. You can tell this by trying to lift it it wants to suck back down.

      +Andy Monthei Thanks for the link and great to see intelligent life on this planet. I don't even bother telling people it evaporates in 24 hours anymore waste of time. RUclips can be frustrating I call them Google Brains they search the web looking for someone to tell how to do something or to tell them how they are doing it wrong but never put the effort into doing themselves but they read it on the web. They have to much time on hands, I weed through the comments each day and delete 60% of them.
